My intention is for you to stop surviving, and start thriving.

Start Living with Intention

Have you ever felt like you can’t stop living out the same patterns over and over? It’s likely due to an old belief or program that your nervous system decided that you needed at some point to survive. This keeps us stuck and in survival mode.

One of the keystones of RBM Breathwork is in the strength of the intentions that we set, and in the activation that it produces in the body which we then approach with our conscious breath. This clears limiting beliefs, resets bogged down nervous systems, and frees you up to live from a place of choice instead of reaction.

Breathwork has been recognized in the western world for decades, and there are many diverse styles! If you’ve heard of breathwork for long, you’ve probably heard of some pretty wild experiences!

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery draws upon decades of experience from the work of Alakh Analda, who worked with Leonard Orr, the grandfather of breathwork, in the 1980’s. Her work evolved as a branch-off of the rebirthing breathwork style over the years as she experimented with how to better assist her clients in getting in touch with what was keeping them stuck in life.

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is different from other styles of breathwork in the way that it uses powerful, motivating intentions to activate body sensations. It also is not purely sympathetic (like holotropic breathwork) or parasympathetic (like regular parasympathetic breathwork), but allows for the full range of emotion and experience that only the breather’s nervous system knows that it needs. It also is unique in that it relates everything in the session to what is happening in life. Alakh found that with careful examination and an experienced eye, everything that arises in a breathwork session can relate to the life experiences of a client.

RBM also provides the deepest level of support and safety by not exceeding 4 breathers per practitioner for group sessions. The goal of RBM is to offer the most attuned support possible. In this way, your nervous system can access places that would not otherwise be accessible. Large gatherings for RBM breathwork only occur in retreat-type settings with enough practitioners and trained assists to not exceed about four breathers to a single facilitator.

RBM is also uniquely agenda-free. This means that as a practitioner, I have no agenda for how I would prefer your session to go. I completely trust in your psyche’s inner wisdom, and in your body and soul’s ability to take you exactly where you need to go. I have trained and worked for years to hold this kind of trust, after diving deep into my own work and process and observing others as they do the same.

RBM is highly breather-led, and trusts in the unique wisdom of each individual’s unique psyche to lead the direction of each session. Each session is unique to the breather and the breather’s intentions.
